We want your experience with BDE Club to feel like the full-body tail wag your dog gives you when you walk through the door—it should be that effortless, joyful, and full of love.

Shipping

Right now, our pieces are available for preorder, and we’re aiming to ship everything out by June 1. If our pups get in the way (you know how it goes—zoomies, snuggles, snack breaks), we’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

After that, we aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Once your order heads out, you’ll receive tracking info via email so you can follow it home.

  • We currently ship within the U.S. (and are working on expanding to more BDE-friendly places).

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout if you’re in a hurry

Returns & Exchanges

We get it—sometimes the fit just isn’t quite right, or maybe your dog had thoughts about your style. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Free returns for store credit or exchanges

  • Refunds to your original payment method will be issued minus return shipping

  • Final sale items can’t be returned or exchanged
